Based on the concepts of “healthy,” “beautiful,” and “fresh,” Chef’s Live Kitchen presents a buffet style eatery full of live action for your enjoyment from breakfast to dinner. Come enjoy the chefs’ food preparation performances right before your eyes. The first dish served at your table before you treat yourself to the buffet is the house specialty “Beatifying and Healthful Collagen-Infused Soup.” A family corner has also been set up within the 98-person seating arrangements, so even guests with children can dine leisurely.

A teppan-yaki restaurant where dishes, from tomato flambé enveloped in flames to fresh vegetables and seafood, are grilled with olive oil based on the concepts of “healthy,” “beautiful,” and “fresh.” The steak served with an original dipping gélee is the pinnacle of bliss. For dessert, transition to a comfortable parlor and leisurely enjoy a quiet moment after dinner. The restaurant is equipped with a 10-seat main counter and two private rooms.

The Gramercy Suite can be enjoyed at your convenience for lunch, tea time, or dinner. As a café with live chefs centered upon an open kitchen theme, emphasis is placed on serving guests freshly prepared dishes straight from the kitchen. The interior can be partitioned off into three sections, so parties with semi-private rooms are also possible.
